Order41 provides a unified, real-time interface for all users. Every product update, order, or data change is instantly visible to your entire team. This transparency ensures seamless collaboration and eliminates version conflicts — everyone always sees the same live information.

If you prefer a more traditional structure with customizable storefronts, brand-specific styling (CI), or a clear buyer–seller view separation, you might consider using a classic order portal or e-commerce system instead.

Managing Your Team

Order41 workspaces support unlimited team members. Workspace owners and admins can easily add or manage users to keep your organization aligned and efficient.

To view or manage your team, navigate to Settings → Workspace → Teammates.

Adding Team Members

You can invite new teammates directly from your workspace’s Teammates section. Adding members helps expand collaboration and keep everyone connected.

To add members, go to Settings → Workspace → Teammates.

Removing Team Members

To maintain security and control, workspace admins can remove users who no longer need access. This ensures that only active team members have permission to view and manage data.
