Product images now display with one main preview and two thumbnail images, making it possible to scan a product in under a second. Images can also be opened in a lightbox for a larger view with zoom functionality.

Each product variant can now have as many delivery dates as you want. This makes it easy to manage pre-orders with multiple delivery dates, mix ATS and pre-orders, and handle scenarios like monthly production limits - all at the product variant level.

The main navigation in desktop view has been relocated to the left sidebar, providing a cleaner layout and improving overall workspace clarity.

You can now access Order41 by just entering your work email. We send a 6 digit code to your email and this code can be used to access your Order41 account. For users there is no difference anymore between a log in or sign up, and its not possible to forget a password. This is very helpful when e.g. order drafts or drops are shared, and buyers want to access offers fast without having the feeling of a sign up.

Fixed an issue where flexible data fields were not displaying correctly in the products and drops list view. All custom data fields are now fully visible.

You can set up your own data properties for drops, carts, orders, products and partners. Imagine multiple delivery dates, PO numbers, internal KPI calculations, insights across orders and partners, team labels, follow ups etc. that you can freely define, and soon also automate.

You can now add your wholesale buying team as team members to your Order41 company account. Everyone will be up to date and you can collaborate on orders.

We have added a ⌘ K shortcut dialog that allows to select the most frequent actions in a very fast way. Just click Command K on your keyboard and select the needed action from the list.

It is now possible to synchronise all variants of a product with quickbooks, even if only some of the product variants have been ordered. This helps to keep your product data in quickbooks cleaner.

The csv product data export for Shopify now includes all available data and can be used to retrieve product data for specific orders or drops. This makes it quick and easy to import products and images into Shopify.

We have added the ability to add, edit and review order related addresses while staying in a cart or order view. This makes it quicker to set and review shipping locations and invoice addresses for orders.

A noted product is added to a cart, but without any quantity selected. This is useful in sales meetings, at trade shows or simply to create a first version of an order draft.

This update allows you to add an unlimited number of addresses to user accounts and business partners. This makes it easy to manage multiple shipping locations, even across countries.

We are introducing user Groups. A new way to group parters and share drops with them. The groups sharing interface allows sharing a drop with a group of users and individual partners. This feature is also retiring our "Supplier access" functionality that was use to grant drop access till now.

With the release of our new "Sales Rep" team member role your reps can now create new partner entries and automatically use them in new orders. This feature also improves the visibility of orders and contacts by groping them under brand accounts.

From today on you do not have to share your Order41 credentials with your colleagues when going on vacation! Just add them to the account as team members with Admin access and they will be able to manage products, drops, contacts and everything else in your wholesale platform while you are slurring cocktails on the beach.

From now on it is possible to upload bigger assets as the maximum allowed drop asset size has been increased from 20 MB to 100 MB. Allowing to also attach asset files for big collections with more image content. Keep in mind to keep your asset sizes optimised in order to reduce load times and keep the experience of your buyers as high as possible.
