Order41 gives AI agents a proper way into your wholesale business: an import agent for product files, an MCP server, a GraphQL API and installable agent skills. It is for brands, distributors and sales agencies who want Claude, Codex, Mistral, Grok, Kimi or their own agents working with live products, drops and orders instead of exported spreadsheets.
Both. Order41 has a public GraphQL API, documented at docs.order41.com, and a public MCP server at https://api.order41.com/mcp. The MCP server is read-only for now. The API can also create and change data.
Yes, through the GraphQL API. An agent can add products to a cart with addToCart and turn that cart into an order with createOrder. The MCP server cannot create orders yet. Today it reads orders, products, drops, contacts and carts.
Upload the file to the product import agent in Order41. It reads PDFs, spreadsheets, emails and screenshots and gives you an XLSX to review and import. If you would rather use your own agent, the product-import skill does the same job and writes a CSV in Order41 import format. Developers can also start an import of an Excel or CSV file through the API.
Yes. The standard Shopify integration pulls product data from Shopify and syncs orders back. You can switch off syncing for inventory, prices or orders. Order41 can also export product data as a Shopify-ready CSV.
GraphQL. There is one public API, served at https://api.order41.com, with a sandbox and GraphiQL playground at https://api.o41.io.
MCP server access and AI agent API access are included from Pro at €65 per month. Team at €145 per month adds standard integrations and webhooks. Standard buyer accounts are always free.
