Order41 MCP server

How it works

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI tools talk directly to external services. When you connect an AI client to the Order41 MCP server, the tool can read your wholesale data through a fixed set of tools, limited to the access you grant. Your AI client stays in your environment, and Order41 never stores your prompts or conversation history.

Getting started

   Add the server to your AI tool

   Add https://api.order41.com/mcp as an MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other MCP-compatible client.

   Connect your account

   Your client sends you to Order41 to sign in and approve the connection. There is no key to copy, and the connection takes the role you are signed in with.

   Ask questions and take action

   Once connected, your AI tool reads from live Order41 data. Ask it to summarise this month's orders, show which buyer carts are still open, or list upcoming drops and what is in them.

Available tools

All six tools read data. None of them can create, change or delete anything in your account.

  Retrieve a list of orders with optional filters.

• getOrder

  Fetch a single order by ID with full line-item detail.

• listProducts

  List products in your catalog with label and variant data.

• listDrops

  List all drops and their associated products.

• listContacts

  Retrieve your business partners and contact records.

• listCarts

  Access open buyer carts and their contents.

Data access and privacy

You control what data the AI tool can access. The connection uses the role you are signed in with when you approve it, so it sees exactly what you see in Order41: aSales Rep connection reaches only the partners that rep can access, an Admin connection reaches the whole workspace. Access is limited to the tools listed above, and no other data in your account is exposed.

AI outputs can contain errors. Review any information or action before acting on it. You are responsible for how you use the data returned by the MCP server and for meeting your obligations to your buyers under applicable laws.

You can revoke access at any time by removing the server from your AI client, or by revoking the connection from your Order41 account.

Status

The Order41 MCP server is public at https://api.order41.com/mcp, and is included in Pro at €65 per month and every plan above it. Write tools such as creating orders are not available over MCP yet. If you need an agent to place orders today, the Order41 GraphQL API can do it with addToCart and createOrder.
