This guide covers moving a wholesale operation from NuORDER: exporting what you have, rebuilding your season structure, and switching over without stranding an open order.

Coming from an established B2B platform, your data is already structured, so migration is mostly mapping rather than cleanup. The genuine cost is in retraining buyers and reps, which is why the timing matters more than the import.
Switch between selling windows. Mid-season migrations mean running two systems while orders are live, which is where mistakes are expensive.
Retrieve product data, images, and your account list. Assortments and linesheets map onto drops in Order41, which are the shareable, orderable collections you send to partners.
Check image coverage as you go. Missing images at import time are far cheaper to fix than missing images once buyers are looking at the linesheet.
Who can see which linesheet is the part that does not travel in an export. Map it out before the switch: which partners see which drop, which reps cover which accounts, and which prices apply.
Order41 handles this with groups and user roles, so access can be granted to a set of partners at once rather than account by account.
Build the next season in Order41, invite your partners, and let the current season close where it is. One selling window run in parallel is enough to surface anything missing while it is still cheap to fix.
Buyers access Order41 with their work email and a six-digit code, so there is no password to set up or forget. Standard buyer accounts are free.
Reps and agencies get their own roles and access to the accounts they cover, including the ability to create partners and order on their behalf.
Let them ship from the system they were placed in. Recreate them in Order41 only if you need a single view of the season, and recreate them as confirmed rather than draft.
