Flexible data structure

Create custom data properties in all views to tailor everything to your exact business processes and needs.

How it works

Add the custom properties you need and choose a type for each one. There are several property types to choose from:

Number

Select

Where you can add custom properties

You can add custom properties to all of these:

Products

-

Partners and contacts

-

Order drafts and orders

-

Collections

Create a custom property

Open the list view, for example your products, click Add column and select the property you want to add.

Only workspace Admins can create and edit custom properties.

What buyers see

Sellers decide which custom data fields buyers can see, for example a delivery date. These fields show straight away on every order draft and order. See How buyers place orders.

Good to know

Custom properties are included on the Team plan, with up to 10, and on the Scale plan, with no limit. The Pro plan uses the system properties. See pricing.

You can import and export custom properties, and sync them through the API.
