In Order41, the product data structure is fully customizable. You can define every product attribute according to your business needs, allowing you to manage any type of product data efficiently and consistently.

Creating Product Data

There are three ways to create product data in Order41:

Manually (one by one): Create individual products directly in your workspace.

Import: Upload bulk product data using our XLSX template.

Integrations: Sync products automatically through connected systems or APIs.

To manage or create products, go to Products.

Importing Product Data

Product imports can be completed directly from the Products section. Download a sample XLSX template to understand the required format and field structure before uploading your data.

Drops

Drops are collections of products in Order41 that help you organize and manage your inventory efficiently. Each drop can be shared with specific partners or team members, providing granular access control for buyers, sales representatives, and collaborators.

Adding Products to Drops

There are two ways to add product data to a drop:

Manually: Select individual products in the Order41 interface.

Import: Upload multiple products at once using the provided XLSX template.

Sharing Drops

Drops allow you to share products easily. You can share each drop individually with specific users or groups, ensuring that the right partners or team members have access to the correct product collections.
